Til Gud Laddu is a sweet treat that is made using Til (Sesame seeds) and Gud (Jaggery). It is a Maharashtrian delicacy that is made for festive occasions like Makar Sankranti. They are referred to as a symbol of immortality. Til Gud laddus are perfect for winter as it helps in keeping your body warm and increases your immunity as well. Gud is an excellent source of iron and Vitamin C, which is a traditional remedy for throat problems.

How to Eat

It can be enjoyed at room temperature and has a shelf life of at least 12 days. It is a sweet and can be enjoyed as a dessert or as an evening snack. It is supposed to be consumed with no accompaniments but if you're eating by yourself we won't judge you!!
