About the Dish

Veg Cutlet is a Gujarati dish that consists of vegetables covered in bread-crumbs and deep fried until golden brown. Cutlet is an old dish that has found its way in almost all cuisines of the world. Veg cutlet is the perfect food for vegetarians in any party which acts as starter, and is delicious and healthy. This is a variable dish that has different types of preparations according to different cultures. However, our chef has her traditional family recipe that gives it a unique taste, and makes it healthy and easy to add to any diet.

How to Eat

The dish is supposed to be enjoyed hot with some imli chutney to bring 'zing' to the cutlets. The cutlets are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside which can be dipped in the chutney to get an amazing taste. The dish can be eaten as an evening snack with some beverage of your choice, and can also be served as a starter for any party for your vegetarian guests.
