About the Dish

Kalari Bhuna Mutton is a traditional delicacy originating from the Kalari community. Also known as Kalari Bhuna Gosht, our chef uses her family recipe, which makes it authentic. Kalari Bhuna mutton became popular recently after having amazing taste and preparing it in their homemade masalas.

You can eat this dish with some chapati or some steamed rice. You can pour the gravy over the rice and get a mix or break a bite-sized piece of the mutton and chapati, dip it in some gravy and enjoy. It's a mildly spicy delicacy that has a thick gravy and succulent mutton cooked to perfection. It's supposed to be enjoyed hot and can eat it at lunch or dinner with some guests.
