Chenna Poda is an Oriya delicacy, that is a cheese-based dessert from Odisha. The term literally translates to roasted cheese in Odia dialect and originates from the town, Nayagarh in the 20th century. Chenna Poda takes the title of ‘the Taste of Odisha’ as it’s popular in many states. Our chef uses her family recipe, which makes it authentic and tasty. It has seen variations in different states of the country as every sweet shop tries to make it with different flavours.

You can eat this dish without any accompaniments as it has a very soft and moist texture. It's a sweet delicacy that can be enjoyed at room temperature and can be eaten as a dessert or as a snack.
