About the Dish

Gud papdi is a Gujarati delicacy, that uses less ingredients but has an amazing taste. Also known as Sukhdi or Gujarati gol papdi, its consists of jaggery and wheat flour, and is famous during festivals. Gud Papdi, originally from Gujarat, is also famous in Rajasthan and also has other variations spread across the country. Our chef uses her traditional recipe, which makes this dish authentic and tasty.

How to Eat

The best way to eat it is by itself, without any accompaniments. It can be enjoyed at room temperature and can be stored for a few days as well. It has a soft texture and can be enjoyed any time of the day as a snack or as a dessert after meal.
