About the Dish
Hara Mutton Curry, also called Hariyali gosht, is a Maharashtrian delicacy that hails from the Saoji community. The green gravy consists of, mainly, coriander, mixed with spices to give it a robust and unique flavour. Our chef uses her traditional recipe and home-made spices that makes Hara Mutton curry worth a try. The use of mutton makes it a protein-rich dish and helps promote muscle growth along with maintaining them as well.
How to Eat
To best enjoy this dish, you can eat it with a flatbread of your choice or with some steamed rice. The dish is best enjoyed hot as the gravy is thick and the mutton is soft and juicy. It's a mildly spiced dish that can be eaten at lunch or dinner with your family.
