Smokey Paneer is a mildly spiced dish with a twist on the conventional paneer dish. Our chef uses a homemade spice in this dish, wherein, the spices are ‘smoked’ and added to the dish. Paneer, otherwise known as Cottage Cheese, has a debated history. Some say it has ancient Indian origins, while some say Afghan-Iranian. But one thing for sure is that paneer is certainly healthy for those health-conscious people, as it is rich in protein and maintains blood sugar level in your body.

How to Eat

This is a thick gravy dish and should be served hot. The gravy pairs up with both, flatbread like roti or naan or kulcha, and steamed rice as well. You can take a bite-sized piece from the flatbread and dip it in the gravy with a piece of paneer or you could take some rice and pour the required quantity of gravy over the rice and enjoy with your family.
