Chicken Kebabs, although originating in the Middle East, have become a common delicacy throughout India. The history of kebabs goes long back as excavations discovered stone supports for skewers used before the 17th century. Interestingly, there is a recipe to cook meat using fruit juices over charcoal in Tamil and Sanskrit literature of Manasollasa. Chicken crisp kebabs being the dish, there are several other types of kebabs, some are, Boti, Reshmi, Seekh, Shami, TIkka kebab, and many others.

How to Eat

The dish is supposed to be enjoyed hot, which should give you a crunchy texture on the outside and a soft kebab filling inside. The dish is not spicy and can be eaten as a snack or can be served as a starter for a party with your friends or family.
