Patti Samosa is a Gujarati delicacy, which takes a twist on the classic samosa. Samosa, also known as sambusak, is a very popular Indian savory-snack. The name Patti derives from the covering of the samosa and the filling inside. Patti Samosa consists of a dal-filling and pairs very well with Gujarati style kadhi. Our chef uses her family recipe, which makes it authentic and tasty. Although the samosa is fried, it absorbs less oil; thus, making it a guilt-free snack.

How to Eat

You can eat this dish by breaking a bite-sized piece of the samosa, dipping it in the kadhi, and enjoying the burst of flavors. It’s not a spicy dish, that has crispy golden samosas and a thick kadhi. It’s best enjoyed hot and can be eaten at breakfast or as an evening snack with your loved ones!!
