About the Dish

Bhuna Mutton with Ghakhar is a traditional Bohra delicacy. Also known as Bhuna Gosht, it originates from the Mughlai cuisine and is also popular in the Middle East region. Our chef uses her family recipe, which makes this dish authentic and tasty. Gakhar is a type of flatbread originating from the Bohra cuisine and pairs very well with bhuna mutton. It’s a healthy paratha that uses minimal ingredients and has an amazing taste.

How to Eat

The best way to eat it is to break a bite sized piece from the gakhar and mutton and dip it in the gravy to enjoy a flavourful experience. This dish is supposed to be enjoyed hot and can be enjoyed at lunch or dinner. The mutton is made in a mildly spiced and thick gravy. It is usually eaten with Gakhar, a thick flatbread that reduces the spiciness.
