Chicken Dhansak is a traditional Parsi delicacy that consists of chicken cooked in lentils. Also known as Dhansak, it originates from the Parsi Zoroastrian community and combines the elements of Gujarati and Persian cuisine. Our chef uses her traditional recipe which makes it authentic, yummy, and rich in protein.
How to Eat
You can eat this dish by taking a serving of rice, pouring the chicken gravy on it and mixing it up. The dish is best enjoyed when it's hot and has less spicy taste. It has a slightly thick gravy with some flavourful rice. The dish can be eaten at lunch or dinner with your family and friends.
