Choco ripple cake, also called Zebra cake, is a Goan delicacy consisting chocolate and vanilla. It’s a variable sweet that has a different version in other countries. U.S.A. has it’s own rendition as they serve it in a glass with some biscuits, chocolate pudding, and whipped cream. The recipe in India, mainly Goa, is different. Our chef makes the cake with her traditional family recipe which will make you want more.

How to Eat

The cake has 2 layers of vanilla and chocolate; however, it is usually dense and can be eaten at room temperature. It is best enjoyed in the evening with a hot beverage or you can eat it at breakfast.
