About the Dish

Mutton Kaadi Chawal is a traditional Bohra delicacy, that consists of mutton cooked in coconut milk to perfection. Also known as Kaari Chawal, it’s a variable dish across the country and different cultures. Mutton Kaadi Chawal gains much demande during Eid celebrations, but is also popular on non-festive occasions. Our chef uses her family recipe which makes authentic and tasty.

How to Eat

The best way to eat it is to pour some of the gravy on your serving of rice with some mutton pieces, get mix-y, and enjoy!! It's a mildly spicy dish that has a slightly thick gravy and thick succulent mutton. It's supposed to be enjoyed hot and can be eaten at lunch or dinner or at a party with your loved ones!!
