About the Dish
Sev Bhaji is a Maharashtrian delicacy and consists of sev made of chickpea flour. Also known as Shev ki Sabzi, it has a variant in the Madhya Pradeshi cuisine. Sev Bhaji consists of a particular sev, known as, bhavnagari sev or tikhat (spicy) sev. Our uses her family recipe, which makes it authentic, tasty, and it’s easy to add to any diet.
How to Eat
You can eat this delicacy with some paratha or some steamed rice. Break a bite-sized piece from the paratha, take some sev dipped in gravy, and enjoy, or pour the gray over the rice and mix it up. The sev bhaji is a mildly spicy delicacy which has some crunchy sev and a thick gravy. It’s supposed to be enjoyed hot and can be eaten at lunch or dinner with your family.
