Smokey Chicken Russ is a traditional Parsi delicacy, that is packed with flavour and juicy chicken. Also known as Chicken na Rus, it’s a rare dish and is not much popular. Our chef uses her family recipe to prepare Smokey Chicken Russ, which makes it authentic and tasty. It’s origins lie in the Parsi community and takes influence from Irani culture. It’s a protein-rich dish, that boosts immunity and aids in weight loss.

How to Eat

You can eat this dish with some steamed rice or a flatbread of your choice. Pour the gravy over the rice and get mix-y, or break a bite-sized piece of the flatbread and chicken, dip it in the gravy, and enjoy.
