You can eat it with some steamed rice or with some chapati (flatbread). Pour some gravy and brinjal on the rice, and get mix-y, or break a bite-sized piece from the chapati and baigan, and enjoy. It's a mildly spicy dish that has soft and flavourful baigan. It's supposed to be enjoyed hot at either lunch or dinner with your loved ones.
