Description

This chicken biryani from the traditional Bohra kitchen is equal parts of flavour and love. It is made painstakingly after marinating chicken with bones in herbs, spices, curd and then cooking it with rice. This way, fat from the bones seeps into the rice and makes it so much fluffier and tastier. What’s better, the preparation does not require any gravy, since the marinating mixture holds that much of flavour!
