Description

Dubak Wadi is a Maharashtrian delicacy, that consists of a non-fried wadi. Also known as Gram Flour Dumpling Curry, it’s a variable delicacy among the Maharashtrians with different recipes. Dubuk Wadi originates from the Khandeshi in Nashik, and consists of roasted gram flour dumplings prepared in a spice-rich gravy. Our chef uses her family recipe, which makes it authentic and tasty. It’s a healthy delicacy that is gluten-free and is very easy to add to any diet.

You can eat it with some chapatis by breaking a bite-sized piece from the chapati and wadi, dipping it in gravy, and enjoying the explosion of flavours. It's a mildly spicy dish that has a thick gravy and soft wadi. This is supposed to be enjoyed hot and can be eaten at lunch or dinner with your family.
