About the Dish

Lavang Latika is a Bihari delicacy, that consists of cloves and khowa. Also known as Lobongo Lotika in Bengali, it has different variations in various cultures in India. Lavang Latika is usually famous during Durga Pujas and other festive occasions. Our chef uses her family recipe, which makes this sugary delight authentic and tasty.

How to Eat

The best way to eat it is without any accompaniments as it tastes great on its own. It can be enjoyed at room temperature and has a long shelf life that can be stored for a few days. It's crunchy on the outside giving way to a soft filling inside, and can be eaten as a dessert or as an evening snack with your family or if you have any guests.
