Moongwadi ki Sabzi, also known as Moong Dal Wadi Rassa, is a Maharashtrian delicacy. Moongwadi or Mangodi is a dried moong dal dumpling that has some traces of origin in Rajasthan. As it’s a desert state, fresh vegetables were not easily available, which led to dehydration of food items. The dish then spread in other states which have their own variations and have their own recipes. Our chef uses her traditional recipe that makes this dish tasty, healthy, and authentic. The dish tastes great with the use of few ingredients, and is healthy, which makes this easy to add to any diet.
