Punjabi Kadhi is not your typical Kadhi, it is creamier and thicker. The Kadhi is made with creamy dahi mixed with besan and is tempered with methi seeds and hing, that bring out the authencity of the Kadhi. Pakodas made with the purest of besan, no onions and a special Ajwain spice are fried to perfection and soaked in the kadhi ½ hour before serving with a bowl of basmati rice that has been cooked and garnished with caramelized onions and Cashew nuts.
