Rajma Chaval: Classic Punjabi Delicacy
Rajma Chaval is a Punjabi dish. To make this, at first the Rajma beans are soaked overnight. Then we boil these seeds. To prepare the basic gravy, ginger, garlic paste and onion paste are shallow fried until golden brown. To this, garam masala and Rajma masala are added. It should be noted that all spices used in this recipe are home made.After this, green chilly paste, coriander powder and tomato puree are added. This is simmered for about ten minutes. In the end, the soaked and boiled Rajma is added. We prefer to eat Rajma with rice as the side dish. Garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot!
