Sabudana Kichdi is a popular dish throughout India and gains demand during fasts on days of Shivratri or Navratri. In major cities like Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Nagpur, and others, it’s a famous street food delicacy. It’s also known as Sabudana Usal in Maharashtra’s Vidabha region and is a healthy delicacy as it is gluten free and promotes muscle growth.
