Description

Saoji Chicken is a Maharashtrian delicacy, but hails from the Saoji community in Nagpur and Vidarbha. This group of people comes from a community of weavers, Halba Koshtis, and are famous for their spicy non-vegetarian food. After migrating from Madhya Pradesh, they set up small eateries to present their spicy food, but each family has their own way of preparing it. To make their masala they use about 30 ingredients which makes their dish tasty and authentic.
