Description

Upwas Vada is a fasting-special delicacy consisting Sabudana (Tapioca) and Bhagar (Millets). Also known as Vrat ke wade, it’s popular delicacy during fasting days. Upwas Vada combines well with a home-made chutney consisting peanuts and coconut. Our chef’s family recipe makes this dish authentic and perfect for fasting days. The inclusion of bhagar makes this dish gluten-free and contains high fiber.

With the help of some chutney, enjoy the upwas wade at the comfort of your home. Since the wadas are fried, they have a crisp covering outside and a soft texture inside. It’s not a spicy dish but has to be enjoyed while it’s hot. It can be eaten at breakfast or lunch on any fasting day.
