However, for some people Bhuna is is referred to a curry which is made using fried spices. This is a common dish throughout the region of Northeast India, and also a popular menu across restaurants in U.S. and Europe.

The dish is best when you eat it hot. It is mildly spicy and has very less gravy which has thick consistency. You can eat the dish as a starter option by itself or you could eat it with any flatbread like roti, naan, or kulcha.
