Dal Bafla, also known as Bafla Bati, is a famous food in Western India. This dish originated in the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh and is a variation on the Rajasthani Dal Baati. The Bafla is first boiled and then baked using ghee. It is a delicacy that is served in all kinds of social gatherings, which is served with 3 types of protein rich dal, which is, (yellow moong, tur, and chana dal), aloo jeera, and some green chutney. The dish is supposed to be enjoyed hot and can be enjoyed at
lunch or at dinner. The dish is mildly spicy, which is served with dal and jeera aloo. The bafla is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. To enjoy the dish, the bafla should be broken and dipped in the dal, combine the two with some aloo and some zingy chutney in a bite-sized piece for a flavourful experience!!
