2) How can I order?
You can order by calling us or via whatsapp us at +65 94835952. Please note that we accept pre orders only. Order at least 1 day prior.

3) How can I edit my order?
Kindly inform us about the changes in your order till 1 day prior to delivery date, call us on +65 94835952.

4) How can I cancel my order?
We will be able to acccept cancellations only till 1 day prior to the delivery date of the order.

5) Is there any minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value.

6) Do you charge for delivery?
A charge of 10 sgd is charged for delivery. Self pick up is free. The address for self pick up depends on the dish ordered.

7) How long does the delivery take?
Delivery will take anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours after preparation of the dish, depending on the delivery area.

8) Can I order from any location?
Yes, you can order from anywhere. However our service area covers Singapore only.

9) Does Nativ Chefs take bulk orders?
Yes, we do take bulk orders. You can mail your query and we will get back to you soon. You can send your requirements to us by calling us or whatsapp messaging us at +65 94835952.

10) Are you available on Foodpanda or Grab or Deliveroo?
No, we accept orders currently only via calls or whatsapp at +65 94835952

11) How can we become a part of Nativ Chefs as a Chef?
You can fill the form given in “ABOUT” section and we will get in touch with you.

12) What payment modes do you accept?
We accept contactless payments via PayNow (just whatsapp us at +65 94835952 for details).
