Description
Sabudana Vada, or Sabu Vada, is a traditional Maharashtrian snack and is one of the famous dishes in the state. People traditionally serve this dish during festivities and when a person is fasting, mainly during Navratri fasts. Sabudana, also known as Tapioca or Sago in English, comes from starch extract of roots of the Cassava plant. People consume it on fasts because of its high energy content and it instantly recharges you; also it is gluten free and it promotes muscle growth.
