Sarson ka Saag also called Sarhon Da Saag in Punjab, is a popular delicacy in the Northern region of India. It consists of Sarson (mustard greens), which is good for your skin and is special winter delicacy. Sarson leaves are combined with spinach and bathua to elevate its taste. Our chef prepares this dish with her family recipe that will give you its original taste. Mustard leaves are rich in vitamins A, C, and K, and has immune boosting properties.
Makke ki Roti is a flatbread made from corn meal, which is famous in the Northern states of India and pairs perfectly with the Sarson ka Saag. Because of high fiber content, it helps in digestion and is rich in antioxidants.
This dish is served with lemon treated onions and Gur(Jaggery) which is good for digestion.
