Served with some special upwas chutney, you can satisfy your stomach with these fasting-friendly delicacies. Our chef’s family recipe makes this dish authentic and with the help of a few ingredients, it’s healthy as well. How to Eat

Enjoy this Upwas special combo with some coconut and peanut chutney. It’s supposed to be enjoyed hot and can be eaten at breakfast or lunch. The idli is steamed and has a soft, fluffy texture, however the wada is fried and has a crisp texture on the outside.
