Gujarati Muthia, also known as Dudhi na Muthia, is a Gujarati delicacy. The name of the dish derives after its preparation, ‘gripping’ action of the hand. Muthia is a vegan dish, where bottle gourd is the main ingredient and is a staple food of the Gujaratis. The dish has different names like Vaataa, and many others. The inclusion of bottle gourd makes this dish healthy as it is helps in weight loss, benefits the skin, and reduces greying of hair.
