Chicken Afghani a creamy Mughlai delicacy, a treat for all the non-spicy chicken lovers. Chicken Afghani is a delicacy which is a nut and curd based dish. The chicken is marinated over 2 hours and then it is cooked in a cashew’s gravy to give it the creamy flavor and finally a smoke is given to it to make it a Nawabi Dish! So treat a Nawab in you with this Mughlai Delicacy.
How to Eat
The dish is supposed to be enjoyed hot to get that authentic taste and can be eaten at lunch or dinner. Made with some cashews, it has a thick gravy and is mildly spicy. It can be consumed with either any flatbread like roti, naan, or with some steamed rice.
