Laccha Papdi, or Gujarati Papdi, is a Gujarati delicacy that is made using¬† maida and ghee with the flavour of meethi. It is a very rare delicacy that you can find only in a few places. Laccha Papdi is usually made during Diwali as part of the ‘farsan’ and is mostly enjoyed as a snack.
