Laccha Papdi, or Gujarati Papdi, is a Gujarati delicacy that is made using wheat flour, maida, and ghee. It is a very rare delicacy that you can find only in a few places. Laccha Papdi is usually made during Diwali as part of the ‘farsan’ and is mostly enjoyed as a snack. As it consists of ghee, it helps improve eyesight and boosts the immune system.
