Methi Matar Malai is a Madhya Pradeshi delicacy that consists of (as the name suggests) methi (fenugreek) and green peas. Although it’s an MP delicacy, its roots originate in the Northern parts of India. Methi matar malai is a rich and creamy delicacy and is a popular delicacy in India. This delicacy is our chef’s family recipe which makes it authentic and lip-smacking. Although fenugreek is bitter, our chef makes balances the taste with her family’s tadka.
