About the Dish

Dodha Barfi is a North Indian delicacy that consists of sprouted wheat flour with nuts and jaggery. Although it contains a lot of ingredients, it’s a healthy mithai that is sweet and helps you build immunity. According to some historians, a Punjabi wrestler invented this unique sweet in 1912. Also known as Punjabi Milk Fudge, it’s one of the most popular sweets in North India and is slowly gaining some in other states. The authentic taste and recipe for Dodha Barfi come from our chef’s family.
