Kothimbir Wadi, also known as Sambar wadi, is a Maharashtrian snack. This dish is popular in Vidarbha region, but has its variation according to different cities preparations. Our chef makes this dish with her traditional recipe that has been in her family for generations. Kothimbir wadi contains a generous amount of coriander, which is rich in immune-boosting antioxidants, helps control blood sugar, and consists of iron.
