Rassa Patodi, also known as Patwadi Rassa Bhaji, is a Maharashtrian delicacy that originates from Vidarbha’s Saoji community. It’s a very rare delicacy that has some variaitons within the Maharashtrian culture. The patodi consists of gram flour which makes this dish gluten-free and rich in protein. Our chef prepares this dish using her traditional recipe which makes this tasty and healthy at the same time.
